Only flat-rate is charged for all the trips between Chubu Centrair International Airport and the various areas in Nagoya.
*Expressway fee and entrance fee will be charged additionally.

Our service
Only direct-transportation service provided. No multi-stops and/or via locations not provided.
How to meet the driver?
You can choose from the following way...
(a) Meeting driver at the back of taxi-stands.
(b) Pick you up at the arrival lobby or terminal with a name-board.
Availability of English speakers.

We are afraid if we could provide drivers speaking foreign language incl. English.
Route change
Please contact us 3 days before the journey in case of changes on route/destination.
Service rate may change according to the adjusted route and destinations.
Cancellation
Please contact us 3 days before the booked journey.
100% of fare will be charged as cancellation fee in case of cancellation on the pick-up date.
Baggage
Baggage may not fit in the cab depending on the size.
Please inform us the quantity and size of the baggage through the reservation form.
Riding capacity of our fleet, Toyota Alphard, is 6 people. Max number of seats may be restricted depending on the baggage quantity.
Billing amount
We will inform you the billing amount according to the reservation.
Toll road fees such as expressways will be charged.
For airport pickup, “Entrance fee” of 1,000 yen will be charged additionally.
20% additional charged during 10pm till next 5 am.
